SAMPE 2025 ITAR Presentations
ALL ABSTRACTS FOR THIS SUBMISSION TYPE NEED TO BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND SHOULD NOT BE ITAR RESTRICTED. If your open Abstract is approved, you will need to submit a password protected ITAR restricted PowerPoint presentation to alexandrap@sampe.org by Feb 14, 2025 - submission will not be done on this site due to privacy. The password should be sent in a separate email from your presentation file. Your presentation will then go through review, and if accepted, will be scheduled for a 25-minute presentation time slot at SAMPE 2025.
Timeline:
- October 1, 2024 | Abstract Submission Deadline
- November 4, 2024 | Announcement of ITAR abstracts selected
- February 14, 2025 | Pass Word Protected Power Point Presentation Due
- March 11, 2025 | Final decision letters sent to ITAR authors
- You will need to bring your presentation on your lap top or a flash drive to present at the conference.
