SAMPE 2025 Technical Paper Submissions:

Technical papers are formal written research papers reviewed by industry peers. For Abstracts that have been approved for this conference, Technical Papers are due for review by January 17, 2025 and must follow SAMPE format and template.

Timeline:

• September 23, 2024 | Abstract Submission Deadline
• October 17, 2024 | Announcement of Technical Paper abstracts selected
• January 17, 2025 | Final technical papers due for review (no extensions will be granted due to high demand)
• January 18 - March 9, 2025 | Technical Papers go through the review process (SAMPE will be in touch with submission feedback as needed on a rolling basis)
• March 10, 2025 | Final decision letters sent to Technical Paper authors
• April 18, 2025 | PPT Slides due

Starting December 31st , 2024, we will no longer be using Survey Monkey Apply. All accepted submissions moving forward will be submitted through Mira Smart Submission.
