Technical papers are formal written research papers reviewed by industry peers. For Abstracts that have been approved for this conference, Technical Papers are due for review by January 9, 2023.

Timeline:

• October 1, 2022 | Abstract Submission Deadline
• November 4, 2022 | Announcement of Technical Paper abstracts selected 
• January 9, 2023 | Final technical papers due for review (no extensions will be granted due to high demand)
• January 9 - February 25, 2023 | Technical Papers go through the review process (SAMPE will be in touch with submission feedback as needed on a rolling basis) 
• February 28, 2023 | Final decision letters sent to Technical Paper authors
• March 17, 2023 | PPT Slides due
