STUDENT POSTER SUBMISSIONS

SAMPE is pleased to invite the next generation of researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to participate in the SAMPE 2025 Student Poster Contest. This is a great opportunity for students to showcase their research in front of an engaged and connected community of materials and processes engineering professionals.

Submissions can relate to any segment of the advanced materials industry. Examples include, but are not limited to: innovations in material science, composites, or advanced materials; composites/advanced materials in aerospace, construction, energy production, "green” materials, etc. All abstracts and entries shall be in SAMPE’s official language, English.

TIMELINE:

If your poster abstract is accepted, Final digital poster submissions due in PDF by no later than April 11, 2025. 

• February 14, 2025 | Deadline to submit poster abstracts (no extensions will be granted due to high demand)
• February 28, 2025 | Announcement of poster abstracts selected
• April 12, 2024  | Final digital poster submissions due in PDF
• April 11, 2025 | Announcements of final posters selected
• May 20, 2025 | Winners announced at SAMPE 2025
